At Cinnamon Creek Ranch, we design our team building events around fun. Archery is one of the fastest growing sports crazes in the country. Young or old, men or women, regardless of skill level, we have the bows and instructors to fulfill your teams needs.
Team Building is about getting better-acquainted, improving communication, trying new things and making new memories. A good team building exercise creates positive interaction among a group of people and, in doing so, enhances their ability to work together when they return to the workplace. Our certified instructors will work with your crew to explore a new experience and facilitate a great event your staff will be talking about for some time to come.

Our certified instructors begin your event with the basics of safety, form and fundamentals taught in a hands-on environment. Even those who have never picked up a bow before will leave with a strong level of confidence and a love for archery. The group then divides into teams for a competition that will have everyone enjoying themselves in an upbeat, collaborative setting.

If your group is looking for an outing less about structure and more about fun, our Carnival style package is designed just for you! Your event will begin with an introduction to archery lesson, followed by time to practice their target shooting. Afterwards, you will be able to move freely on the range, participating in 3 of our 5 games, chosen by you beforehand.

MEETINGS
We’ll treat your members to a Texas-style retreat complete with all the amenities you need for a successful meeting, in a laid-back, country atmosphere.
We have three large conference room facilities, two that hold up to 50 people and one that holds up to 100 people. We can accommodate your technological needs for presentations, and provide any additional entertainment.
